Our costumer is a Global Company with strong presence in Angola. In partnership with Better People Human Capital Consultant we are looking for GIS project manager

Luanda / Angola

Technical Skills

Strong well rounded background in GIS for both Desktop and Web environment. Specifically extensive experience with ESRI products ArcGIS Desktop/ ArcGIS Server/ mobile / Extensions

Good KnowHow and practices in GIS data management – Data model definition / Data entry / Data Conversion / Data maintenance

Familiar with field work utilizing mobile GIS solutions

Required knowledge, skills and abilities

Experience in projects management related to GIS

Detailed oriented yet able seeing the “big picture”

Training and managing crew members not always familiar with GIS

Education and experience

Working in close relation with national agencies

Large scales conversion of Raster data sources into vector – understand needs define data model executing the digitizing process deliver outputs

Defining and setting needs for a given mission

Setting timetable and prioritizing missions and tasks

Others

Salary paid in usd direcly in country of candidate
